Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within one business day, Monday through Friday.

In Quebec and Ontario, Boutique Citrouille covers all shipping costs for orders of $100 or more. For orders under $100, Canada Post shipping fees apply.

For the United States and the rest of Canada, shipping fees are those charged by Canada Post, regardless of the order amount. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and delivery distance of the order.

Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized items or if the customer requests a different shipping method than the one used by Boutique Citrouille.

Orders will be delivered once payment is complete and the product is available.

In-store pickup is available free of charge for all orders. Pickups are done at Boutique Citrouille (during opening hours), located at 1126 Bernard Ouest, Outremont (QC), Quebec, H2V 1V3.
