Shipping and Pickup options

For customers within Canada, shipping is free on all orders of $100 or more. For orders below this amount in Quebec and Ontario, a standard shipping fee of $9.99 will automatically apply. For other Canadian provinces and international destinations, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery distance. The exact rate will be clearly displayed at checkout, according to our carrier's current rates.

Please note that certain bulky or oversized items may incur additional fees. The same applies if you choose a shipping method other than the default option provided by Boutique Citrouille. In any case, these fees will be clearly and transparently shown before you finalize your order.

Orders are shipped once payment is confirmed and all items are in stock. Our team takes great care in preparing your package and ensuring it is dispatched as quickly as possible.

For those who prefer to visit us in person, we also offer a free in-store pickup option. You can collect your items directly at Boutique Citrouille during our regular business hours.
